You can find our Wellington studio on the Ground Floor of the East Building in Toi Poneke Arts Centre, 65 Abel Smith St, Wellington.
Our Christchurch location is at 49 Ferry Rd, near the Barbados St intersection.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I enrol in a class?
A: You can simply click on the Enrol Now button next to the class you would like to join and follow the instructions. Any difficulties please email us at: email@example.com.
Q: Can I buy a Gift Voucher to give to someone?
A: Certainly, you can click the box on our shop page and buy a voucher in a range of values.
We will email you a coupon code the recipient can use to book a class, or they can email us to
arrange a special session.
Q: How much will my class cost?
A: Classes vary in price and the price is listed in the class info. Our booking system takes the
full payment via credit card, Paypal or Afterpay. If you do not have access to a credit card
or would prefer another payment method please email us. We are happy to work out payment plans
so long as the class is fully paid-for before the start date.
Q: Can I make something outside the brief for my level?
A: Absolutely, but we do like to start everyone off in the same way with the same practice project.
Our tutors will make sure your design isn't outside your capabilities to avoid disappointment.
Q: What if I change my mind?
A: We cannot offer refunds but may be able to transfer you to another class or one on one tuition. Sometimes this is not possible. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully.
Q: What happens if I miss a class?
A: Our tutors are great at catching students up on anything they have missed. We will not offer
an extra class or refund on missed classes for any reason other than Covid related absences.
Q: Can my child take a class?
A: Currently we've only got adult classes running, but kids over the age of 12 or so do pretty well in
our jewellery classes. Any person under the age of 16 must have a parent or guardian take
the class alongside them, this is part of our Worksafe Policy.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WORKSPACE CLASSES:
Our booking system takes the full payment via credit card but if you do not have access to a
credit card or would prefer another payment method please email us. We are happy to work
out payment plans so long as the class is fully paid for before the start date.
Part-payments will not be refunded due to changes of circumstance.
Workspace will not make up classes if a student misses one or more for any reason.
However we are currently making an exception for Covid isolation.
Workspace is under no obligation to change students to other classes, credit or refund for classes booked
Students must follow all health and safety guidelines and all safety instructions from
the tutors and studio technicians at all times.
Workspace reserves the right to cancel or postpone a class if we have less than 5 students enrolled.
