Service Description
This new 6-week block of classes is a wonderful way to get into jewellery-making or advance your skills. Our classes are the best way for beginners to get into jewellery-making in a lively, warm and friendly environment. This course provides a solid foundation in jewellery fabrication, with a focus on combining brass, copper and silver to make unique designs. It's a great way to add colour and texture to your metalwork without adding in gemstones. Beginners will start with basic ring making in copper or brass, students will learn measuring, texturing, shaping, cutting and soldering. They will then look at how to combine metals in different ways. Advanced students will be encouraged to extend their fabrication skills, looking at more complex soldering and trickier projects. All levels will be shown how to layer and inlay metals to create fun patterns, textures and landscapes. Our booking system asks for full payment to be made via credit card or PayPal on booking. If you do not have access to these payment methods or need to pay your course fee over time please email us to arrange this ;)

Cancellation Policy
Below are the Terms & Conditions for our classes. For information on access and parking info for both studios, please visit the FAQ page on our main site. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WORKSPACE CLASSES: We require all class fees to be paid in full before the start date of the class and any extra materials taken to be paid for at the last class. Masks are no longer required in our workshops, but if students would like to wear one they are most welcome. If students are unwell or required to self isolate we will do our best to find another time for them to take the class. We will not offer refunds. Workspace will not offer make up classes for any reason other than Covid related illness. Please take note of this, these are unprecedented times and we are doing all we can to keep things flowing smoothly but sometimes flexibility is required. Students must follow all health and safety guidelines and all safety instructions from the tutors at all times. Workspace is under no obligation to change students to other classes, credit or refund for classes booked. Workspace reserves the right to cancel or postpone a class if circumstances require it, students will be refunded if this is the case. By enrolling in our classes you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
