Mentoring Session

If you need special help with your jewellery making we can help! These 30 minute sessions can be conducted over Google Meet/video chat, over the phone or via chat using WhatsApp. They are a great way of solving a particular problem, getting tips and tricks or getting help with your at home studio set up. Vaune is one of Workspace's founders and has over 20 years of jewellery making experience. She loves problem solving for students and finding clever ways of doing things!

Cancellation Policy

Below are the Terms & Conditions for our classes. For information on access and parking info for both studios, please visit the FAQ page on our main site. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WORKSPACE CLASSES: We require all class fees to be paid in full before the start date of the class and any extra materials taken to be paid for at the last class. Masks are no longer required in our workshops, but if students would like to wear one they are most welcome. If students are unwell or required to self isolate we will do our best to find another time for them to take the class. We will not offer refunds.  Workspace will not offer make up classes for any reason other than Covid related illness. Please take note of this, these are unprecedented times and we are doing all we can to keep things flowing smoothly but sometimes flexibility is required.  Students must follow all health and safety guidelines and all safety instructions from the tutors at all times.  Workspace is under no obligation to change students to other classes, credit or refund for classes booked. Workspace reserves the right to cancel or postpone a class if circumstances require it, students will be refunded if this is the case.  By enrolling in our classes you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
