I finally got to sit down at my bench and finish some pieces for The Wild- it’s been ages! Some of our one off pieces are using castings in silver and bronze with wood and bone. We’re attaching the non metal elements with rivets so all the soldering, polishing etc has to be done before joining. This front piece is a brooch so findings have to be soldered to the back plate first. I love working with wood and bone, it’s a lovely contrast with metal.
